We are Certified by InterNACHI, a National Home Inspection Organization

This is very important to you because Florida allows has no legal qualifications for home inspectors. Anyone can say they are a home inspector. InterNACHI is among the very few organizations that are accepted by states that do have laws restricting those who can conduct a home inspection.

We are Florida Registered Professional Engineers

Only Florida Registered Professional Structural Engineers (PE) are allowed to make a structural decision. Our home inspections and reports are preparede by Florida PE's and if any structural concerns are found during our home inspection. your report will include correcctive sketches and diagrams to these structural concerns. You never have to pay twice for a home inspection when youu choose LAB PRO Inspections. In addition, we provide a free consultation with anyone who makes the structural repairs.

We are Independent

Some, with a financial interest in a sale, tempt home inspectors with future business if they gloss over issues that could hinder a sale. LAB PRO inspectors have been called "deal killers" by some Realtors and sellers for the complete and thorough inspections they provide to their clients. LAB PRO inspectors have also been called "nit pickers"; we consider that to be a compliment.
